****NOTE:
DIVSHARE HAS GONE OUT OF BUSINESS WHICH MEANS MANY HUNDREDS OF SOUND FILES ON THIS BLOG WHICH TOOK 6 YEARS TO COMPILE ARE DEAD, SOME ARE STILL PLAYABLE, BUT UNTIL I FIND A NEW SOUND FILE HOST SERVICE, MANY WON'T PLAY.

The following text was sent to me via an email, it was from the daughter of one of the musicians in 'Conjunto Saratoga'.
I thought it would be nice to post it here:
"Oh my goodness, I cannot believe it!! I wound up on your site and reading through it because I got linked there while searching for my father's old band and picture, Conjunto Saratoga. It is late night as I type this (the wee hours of July 3) and today marks the 20th anniversary of my father's death. He is in the picture you have of the band. He is leaning down sitting all the way on the right, bottom row. I too am a musician, piano player, singer, songwriter. My mother was a pianist in Cuba and the two of them met at a radio station in Havana. Heidi.
